Explain the difference between chicago:juke, Detroit: jit and baltimore club music?

Can someone explain the difference between these:

  • Chicago: juke
  • Detroit: jit
  • Baltimore club music
They all kinda sound similar and style of dance is about the same. Is the difference based on location or are the beats and dances completely different? Maybe I'm missing something?
