I THE SKY is a Detroit based band, whose music blends driving, yet dynamic rock with a sense of creativity that achieves a sound that speaks for itself. Distinct melodic hooks, cut through a deep, textured sound-scape while a driving rhythm holds everything together seamlessly. A collaborative approach to songwriting has produced songs which are both interesting and easy to remember. The group is currently promoting their debut full length self titled album which was released in January of 2010.
